Thank you for shopping at Boogie Threads www.boogiethreadsco.com! We partner with Printful to produce and ship our custom-printed t-shirts and apparel. All products are made to order with your selected designs and slogans.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is included in the listed product price (e.g., $50 per t-shirt) for all orders shipped within the United States. There are no additional shipping fees at checkout for US customers—it's built right into your purchase for a seamless experience.
  • International shipping (outside the US) is available and calculated at checkout based on your location, order details, and destination. Rates vary (typically $10–25+ for a single t-shirt, plus any extras for heavier/multiple items). Exact costs appear during checkout.
  • We do not charge hidden fees—any applicable sales tax is added transparently at checkout where required by law.

Production and Fulfillment Time

  • Products are custom-made to order, so production typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed (this does not include shipping time).
  • Times may vary due to order volume, design complexity, holidays, or high demand. We work to fulfill as quickly as possible, but these are estimates only.

Shipping Times and Delivery

  • Once production is complete, orders ship directly from Printful's facilities (which may vary by product and your location).
  • Estimated delivery times (business days after fulfillment; not including weekends/holidays):
    • United States: 3–7 business days (often 4–6 for most locations).
    • Europe/UK: 2–7 business days.
    • Canada: 4–10 business days.
    • Australia/New Zealand: 5–12 business days.
    • Other international destinations: 3–15+ business days (longer for remote areas).
  • These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.
  • Orders may ship in separate packages if items fulfill from different locations (uncommon for single t-shirts).

Order Tracking

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships (from Printful or us).
  • Track your package on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) or through any provided link.
  • If tracking isn't received within the estimated window, contact us—we'll check on it.

International Orders, Customs, and Duties

  • We ship worldwide where available.
  • For orders outside the US: You (the customer) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country. These are collected by customs/carriers at delivery and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.
  • We cannot predict or cover these fees—check with your local customs office if unsure.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is lost, significantly delayed (beyond estimates), or arrives damaged: Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at boogiethread.store@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged).
  • We'll coordinate with Printful and the carrier to investigate and resolve (e.g., reship or refund at our discretion, per our Return Policy for defects).
  • We are not liable for carrier-related issues but will assist where we can.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Custom orders enter production quickly—once started, they cannot be edited, canceled, or rerouted.
  • If there's an urgent issue, reach out immediately; we'll review case-by-case.
